Excellent broker. I highly recommend Jennifer. We were out of state and she handled the marketing and sale very professionally. She goes beyond and above for the client.

Jennifer's initial interview with my wife Kimberly is what influenced us to select her. Jennifer's advice was excellent on preparing the house and pricing the house. We followed her advice and the house sold right away. Jennifer made the process efficient and as easy as possible. Jennifer just flat out did a great job.

To whom it may concern: This past summer, my soon to be ex-husband and I had made the difficult decision to divorce. And, as In most divorces, the homes owned together get put up for sale. The divorce process itself was daunting and the same feeling applied to selling our home. I had loved this home since I first saw it in 2008, and when we had finally purchased it, it was truly my dream home. Which made the decision to place on the market even more difficult. Living in Pebble Creek, we lived close to the century 21 office and my ex husband sought Jennifer out. It was the best decision (he) we ever made. We had only Purchased the house 2 years ago, made a lot of upgrades throughout and I had put a lot of my personal touches throughout. We were worried if we'd even break even. From the very first meeting with Jennifer and Dan, we could sense they were very reliable, trustworthy and understanding. And they stood true to that throughout the entire process. They made the whole transition go very smoothly and definitely Put my worries at ease. We also had some work that needed to be completed after the first home inspection. Jennifer had sent me a list of people that could fix the items. I was so busy with work, packing and dealing with the impending divorce, I was so overwhelmed. Jennifer contacted all the right people and set up appointments. That was so generous and greatly appreciated. Dan, was there for all the inspections and repairs. They really held my hand in a time when I needed it most. To bring this message to a close, I felt very comfortably, safe and truly cared about by Jennifer and Dan. They looked out for our best interests and keep us informed through every step of the way. They returned calls and got things done. I couldn't have asked For a better experience during such a difficult time. They made the process easy and I felt I gained two new friends through it. We had great communication even though we were miles apart. She was excellent with a tenant I had during the sale. Glad everything went smoothly because of her skills in closing.

Jennifer Lindner is the greatest broker ever. She did an incredible job for me and I could not have been more pleased with all of the attention she gave me and all of the information she provided. Your group is lucky to have her, and you should hope she never leaves and opens her own firm. She kept me sane through this whole process. I can't say enough great things about her. I had never met Jennifer before but consider her now a friend. Again, Jennifer Lindner is amazing. If you can give her a raise or an equity stake in your company, you should do that ASAP.
