Jen did an excellent job keeping us calm through a very emotional sale process (sale of a deceased family member's house). She always had our best interest in mind and navigated every step seamlessly. She also worked well with her broker to give us a great overall brand experience with C21. The team came in with a realistic expectation. They didn't oversell us on the value of the house and gave us great recommendations about what to do prior to sale to best position to meet or exceed our asking price. We did everything they suggested and got a final price just above our asking price.
