There is no comparison in the diligence, detailed and the above and beyond considerations Jen fulfilled! She is exemplary in every category. This would not have been possible without her attention to everything and caring for her clients at the same time. I would promise to anyone they would be blessed to have her represent them. We have such high regard and gratitude. Even after the sale she is still taking care of us!! She is the standard others should aim for. Jen never left the details to others, she followed the process and even went outside her own responsibilities to accomplish the sale and accommodate needs as they came up. She truly went above in caring for us during the loss of our mother. She was so understanding and kind, incredibly patient as we were navigating so many critical concerns she took the total responsibility for the house and allowed us to grieve and mourn. Especially since our thinking was not focused she filled in all the gaps. I was especially thankful for Tina the escrow agent following through and helping us in the critical moments at the end. Kind and easy to communicate with. She also was patient to guide us through the paperwork. Thankful for the broker who supported Jen giving advice and even buffering for her when buyers agent was unprofessional. It gave me confidence she had a strong team around her. Also appreciate that Jen is a person with integrity so I could trust all decisions and advice she gave. Total confidence in her commitment to us as her clients even more we felt like family.

Jen is the best . She went far above our expectations. She smoothed over the bumps we encountered and no one could have done a better job. The best ever! If there is a comment other than excellent we would check that box. She is the best.
