She is an outstanding person as well as being an excellent realtor. The home sale process was very smooth and hassle-free for us. Since we had already moved, Jennifer went above and beyond by arranging for final repairs and being our local representative to handle our home sale without us being on site. We placed our complete trust in Jennifer to act in our best interests, with our approval, and she handled everything beautifully. Jennifer is so easy to work with, and is such a terrific professional with a great personality. She did a wonderful job providing timely communications back and forth and always kept us current with the latest developments regarding interest in our house; and after the sale, progress with repairs and modifications necessary to satisfy the buyer. Seller reviewJennifer was incredible as an agent. I don't know who you are, but if you plan on moving to SoMD, then you Need to call Jennifer to be your agent. She was Fabulous. I would not recommend anyone else in the area except her to be your agent. She ran the whole process from beginning to end. We got the price we wanted when we bought this house three years ago, and then got our desired sales price when we moved out of SoMD. All I can say is that you Want Jennifer to be your agent whether you are buying or selling as a first timer or experienced shopper. Thank you again Jennifer, Mike & Kelly
