Buyer reviewMy wife and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jennifer. She treated us like we were her only customers. Responses were always quick and complete, providing us the detailed information we requested/needed. We were out of state buyers so we really needed a great deal more help and information from Jennifer than a local buyer. She always delivered and her recommendations for who to use for mortgage lending, perc testing and other services were excellent. We followed all her recomendations and the people she recommended were as great to work with as she was. Jennifer made the very difficult task of buying property from out of state an easy process.

Buyer reviewJennifer Price was awesome. We did meet with her initially in person (we live in Florida) and we told her what we were looking for. We only had a limited amount of time in North Carolina and after we got back Jennifer went out and video taped an area she thought we would like. We LOVED it and purchased it. Had it not been for her video taping the area and the lot, we may have missed the opportunity to purchase the land!
