Buyer reviewI have a dear friend who is a broker locally. We had no idea how to chose a broker out of state. He selected Jennifer and the match was spot on. I love her honesty and valued her opinion. We trusted her completely. She made us feel like our move to Texas could not be better planned. She also offered to help put us in contact with local workers who could help us subsequent to the move. She is better than Google. Jennifer noticed details in the houses that we overlooked. In one instance she pointed a flaw in a floor that I could barely see, and it could be seen only at a certain angle. She also recommended us not looking at certain houses because she said after getting to know us, she believed it would be a waste of time in that we would not like them. We were on a tight schedule and knew she was correct.

Buyer reviewFirst of all we are very thankful with Jennifer and all of her hard work! We had been working on getting a home for a very long time and we finally have one and a brand new one! My wife and I never in a million years thought our first home would be brand new construction. Jennifer made that possible, she came up with the idea and made the process easy. She honestly knows her stuff when it comes to houses and when we do decide to purchase another we will definitely come back to Jennifer! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts thank you so much!!

She was not needy, pushy, or insecure. Some agents are! Jennifer showed us the homes we asked about, answered texts quickly, recently reminded us to remember to apply for homesteading, and I'd pick her again. Many thanks.
