Reputation, service, and professionalism---simply outstanding! I will always use Jennifer Sproles as my agent, and I couldn't ask for a better experience. This is the 2nd time we've used her, and with such an important life decision as a home purchase is....I feel 100% at ease knowing that Jennifer Sproles is handling it. The manner in which she navigates and approaches different people and situations, is such a meaningful talent...and one that many realtors and other professionals struggle with. She's never the same across the board and adjusts to personalities and needs, tailored to each person involved. She's intuitive, approachable,and smart as a whip. She always followed up to make sure needed actions were performed and that we were pleased with the outcomes...and continues to do so today, even after the sale. Jennifer has a strong ability to strategize and keeps an impressive network of contacts for different needs/repairs at a moment's notice. Above all, her suggestions/strategy is ultimately the reason we were able to get our offer accepted and the house we wanted to call home...which was a multi-offer situation for a house listed on the market less than 24 hours prior). We couldn't have been more pleased!

As a young adult my family worked with Jennifer several times. It was a no brained we it came time for me to buy my first house. She went above and beyond just like she did ever time before with my parents. She was so patient with me and was always ready for whatever curveball I threw her. My buying process was no a quick one but Jennifer stuck with me every step of the way. She has become a friend of mine through the process, and I will continue to use her as my Realtor for future needs!

Jennifer was wonderful to work with. Very personable and great at making things well understood. As a first time home buyer, I was hesitant with several things, and shy when it came to negotiating with the seller.
