Jenny was fantastic and so thoughtful throughout all the processes. We lived in Ohio and very new to Texas. She offered 3-4 areas where we would need to look, and what we would need to consider for our work and commute, our kids' schools, and all amenities around the towns. My husband visited over the weekend and we could make an offer after the short visit. She never pushed us to make a decision, but always made us feel comfortable in making decisions every step. Since we were not in town, she checked every component of the inspection, contracts, and closing. We bought our house when COVID happened, she was very cautious with social distancing and worked promptly to meet the plan of our moving. Her communication, interaction, and advice for us was always promptly and thoughtful. I was really impressed by her work and service. We had quite a stressful situation while we sold our house in Ohio. She made our life much easier when we bought a new house in Plano. She is bilingual (both English and Korean), so we felt very comfortable working with her (we speak both languages too). She offered unique perspectives as a mom of color and a Korean parent. She offered many important things that we should consider beyond the house itself, such as neighbors, communities, schools, etc. She has great networks beyond the Korean community. I strongly recommend her for new buyers with any racial/ethnic backgrounds.
