I have always found that selecting a realtor is best done through recommendations of others. Consider this my strong recommendation to hire Jenny Matthews as your realtor. I asked around and Jenny was recommended to me by a business associate. I contacted Jenny and we spoke about timing and what we were hoping to accomplish by selling our property. Jenny visited the property, made suggestions to improve marketability and we decided on a path forward. Due to extenuating circumstances what I hoped would be the timing for the sale got delayed by several months. Jenny stayed in touch to see if there was anything she could do to assist, but not to the degree where it felt as if she was trying to rush us just to make a sale. When we were finally ready to move forward, I contacted Jenny and she was immediately on top of it. Contract signed, marketing plan put in place, and we were on the market in a matter of a few days. Once an offer was accepted Jenny stayed on top of the whole backend process from final negotiations, getting through inspections, staying in touch with the buyers realtor to make sure the process was proceeding as planned through closing. In other words, Jenny stayed on top of the whole process and just got things done --quickly, quietly, and efficiently.
