First she found the lot and house for us, then she led the financial and contractual negotiations and then she shepherded us and the builder through the many phases of building a new house. The entire process was completed successfully and we are now enjoying are beautiful new home. During the process we learned that everyone we dealt with had the same kind of respect and admiration for Jenny. At one point we had a sticky situation with our builder, we asked Jenny to help us and she did very professionally and successfully, A couple of days later our builder said to us, "that Jenny is a pro". That sums up Jenny with friendliness, cheerfulness and integrity added to the mix.

Seller reviewI loved Jenny! She was super connected, truly cared and made the selling of my gone during a divorce easy. She was a blessing during such a hard time in my life. She knew what she was talking about and showed so much kindness and respect through the whole process. It wasn't easy because my ex-husband made it difficult at times, but she remained positive and did a great job. It was a great overall experience and I would use Jenny again and give her name to people I know and would trust she would take great care of them. The people at closing were all friendly and helpful.
