I have been a licensed full time Realtor since 2003 specializing in residential properties. I am a former shareholder of a Re/Max franchise in Cincinnati and currently a full time Realtor and shareholder in Mason, Oh and Florence, KY for Century 21 Stellar Real Estate.Licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky I am able to better serve relocations and others in our area who need to consider both sides of the river as well as those wanting to stay on their side of the river. I have received my certification as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Relocation Specialist, New Construction Specialist, an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Senior Residential Specialist (SRES) assisting people with estates, moving to retirement or assisted living communities or just downsizing. I also am a Short Sale, Foreclosure and REO Specialist (SFR). I continually take courses to add value to my business and clients. Infact the reason I was able to close on this property was because of her detailed local knowledge and contacts. She was able to get an stuctural engineer ASAP when I wanted something checked out. Jenny Young came as a referral from an agent whom I sold my house with at a sister location in Flagstaff, AZ when I needed to find a reputable agent to help sell my mother's house 2,000 miles away. Jenny was tremendously helpful above just being a real estate agent by putting me in touch with other parties that I needed to navigate the complications of managing the estate an elderly parent who passes. The situation left by my mother's property was less than unpleasant, but Jenny had a positive & non-judgemental attitude through the months-long process. She made several trips to the property to help clear out some of the valuable & salvagable items while having a local friend of my mother's help in the process. Jenny kept me up to date & communicated on a regular basis on important matters; she was always quick to respond either by text or phone when I had questions, & never gave the feeling of being put out. The original sale took an unexpected turn, but she persevered to the end!
