Phil Provenzale scheduled most of the viewings for me, although Jermaine also showed me properties. They quickly developed a sense of what I wanted. The perfect condo was already under a contingent contract when I fell in love with it on Zillow. Jermaine and Phil maintained contact with the seller's broker, and I was able to make a successful offer when the previous contract fell through. Jermaine also purchased the property I had to sell in order to buy my dream condo, so I didn't have to deal with strangers walking through my house during a pandemic. I would recommend him to anyone!!!
