This is the third deal I have worked with Jerry on. He is very knowledgeable about the area, and knows the right people to talk to in the various city/county offices. This has been very helpful in getting my questions answered about permitting and regulations. Jerry also works hard to look out for my interests and make sure I understand any risks associated with a transaction. He stays on top of the contract timeline and clearly communicates when actions need to be taken. I will continue to use Jerry as my agent for deals in Kerr County or the surrounding areas.

His patience with us was outstanding. Some realtors would consider certain questions "dumb". If he did understand the needs of elderly people in regards to location, size of home and terms of the transaction. He is very knowledgeable about the contract and answered any questions we had.
