Jesse was an awesome realtor to work with. He was very knowledgeable when it came to helping me out with buying my first home. He went into great detail about the home I wanted to purchase as well as informational with the whole process when it came down to getting me into the home. Jesse dealt with my needs in a timely manner and made everything run smooth throughout my buying process. He was also very valuable in dealing with the connections that were involved in the remodeling of the home I bought. He gave me a thorough run through of what was done as well as ideas of how it can improve when it became mine.

From being very knowledgeable about the Siouxland area to understanding the customer's needs and wants, Jesse Derrick is one hell of a realtor. Jesse listens, understands and is determined to find the best home for his clients. Jesses knowledge goes beyond paper and pencil and a website printout of the house. He has excellent knowledge of construction, research knowledge of similar homes, and a loving family background. Having this knowledge, Jesse has the ability to correctly and honestly evaluate a house with his clients to ensure it is the BEST fit for them. It is the client's decision no matter what, but having a realtor that is able to look past the "Fluff" on the sales print out is a MUST for home buyers. My wife and I purchased a 3 bedroom Ranch style home in Morningside in Sioux City, IA. We are more than happy with our purchase. Our relationship with Jesse manifested into something beyond a Realtor and a Client. We see Jesse Derrick as a friend and will for sure use him in the future to purchase our next house! Thank you!
