Buyer reviewI was a first-time homebuyer and was frankly terrified of the process because I had heard so many realtor horror stories. Jessica disproved every one of them. She is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely has the buyer's best interests at heart. She is very knowledgeable about HUD procedures and if she knows you will be using FHA financing she'll be able to spot issues that could cause problems down the road. Her frank advice was invaluable. Thanks for making this seemingly-scary process a million times easier!
