Hello! My name is Jessica Farr. I was born and raised in Athens, TN. My husband, Stephen, and I have two children. Olivia (5) and Oliver (3). I have been in real estate for nearly seven years now. I take great pride in and truly enjoy being able to be a part of two parties within a real estate transaction that come together and create a deal where everyone is leaving closing happy. My goal is to make everything as seamless and easy as possible for my sellers and buyers, while also taking into consideration that some transactions may be a bit more sensitive for families than others. I would love to use my professionalism, knowledge of McMinn County and the surrounding area, and my experience of real estate to help you sell or find your dream home!

Seller reviewThe first time I met Jessica she came to my house, she was on time. That was important to me. She clearly discussed what I could do on the inside and outside of the house to make it show better. She worked on comps to see what price I should start with. I appreciated how Jessica looked out for my interests in explaining the offers as they came in. The offer I accepted had a few more hurdles to go through. But Jessica knew what needed to be done and worked with the buyer agent to make sure all the repairs were accomplished according to what was needed. I was out of state for the closing and it did close a couple days after original date. Jessica communicated efficiently and affectively through out. I was so happy to have Jessica as my agent and would recommend her to anyone.

Buyer reviewTo say that Jessica was phenomenal would be a vast understatement. Not only was she incredibly patient while we made this big decision, but she was right there with us including our feelings. She was excited when we were, and could tell when we were less than enthusiastic. It was evident that she listened and understood what we were looking for and stopped at no end to help us find our new home. Not only did she work tirelessly for us, but she was never more than a phone call away. Jessica is the epitome of what an agent should be. She is patient, knowledgeable, informative, respectful, helpful, approachable, and most of all, kind. I could never thank her enough for the wonderful job she did for my wife and I.
