Jessica Fisher was so great to work with when trying to buy a home - especially in this market! I was a first time home buyer (but my husband was not), so I had A LOT of questions about every aspect of the process and Jessica was always patient and thorough in her explanations. Knowing that most houses only lasted on the market for a few days, she was super responsive and proactive to get us in to see the houses we were interested in. She never hesitated to reach out to listing agents to get clarifying information for us to help us make decisions. Perhaps this is all standard practice, but Jessica's actions made it clear that we were a team (not just clients) and that helping my husband and I find a home that we loved was her ultimate goal. We really had to keep our expectations in check and Jessica helped us navigate numerous bid losses until we finally landed one. During due diligence, Jessica had recommendations for tried and trusted home inspectors and contractors who could help us with repairs and renovations. It was so nice to not have to spend the extra time researching someone and hoping they would be good - she already had a network we could tap into! At one point, neither my husband nor I were able to meet a contractor at the house to get a quote, but Jessica was available and offered to meet them so we didn't waste more time in the due diligence period by rescheduling. Talk about going above and beyond! From casually looking at homes, to seriously looking, to submitting many bids and losing, to finally winning a bid and negotiating what was best for us, to sitting with us at the closing table, Jessica was there at every step making sure we had the best experience possible. I seriously cannot recommend her enough as an agent. She's honest, she works hard, and she obviously cared about us as people and not just a means to a paycheck. We'll be using her to list my husbands town home once we're able to move into our new home. And we'll absolutely recommend her to any and everyone in our network looking to buy or sell a home!

Jessica was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding comps in the area and suggested listing price. The flow of paperwork and completion of closing was fast and easy as a seller.
