Buyer reviewWe knew Jess prior to deciding to buy a home so it was a no-brainer that we choose her to help us buy a home. Being new to the home buying process, we had no idea know what to expect. Jess took the time to sit down with us and walk through everything we needed to know. She always answered our emails, calls, texts the same day (and we had a lot of questions). Jess made everything in the process SO easy which was more than we could have ever asked for!

Based on her knowledge of the local markets and neighborhoods, it seems like she has been in the real estate game for years. She is one of the best listeners I have ever worked with, and she adopted a genuine interest in finding the perfect place for me. She was extremely responsive to my questions from start to finish and jumped quickly on new listings. Further, her background in finance was very apparent when it came to negotiations. Buyer reviewI was glad when I found Jessica! After searching for an agent and speaking with several she was the only one that actually listened to what I needed in a new home. It's understandable that you can't always get everything you want in a home but there are somethings that are absolutely necessary. Prior to sending me listings she made sure that the homes we were looking at fully met the must have list. During the transaction her knowledge of the area and market conditions proved to be a valuable asset. I would definitely recommend Jessica to others, and look forward to working with her again in the future!
