In my search for a home in the Fort Mill area, I did not know what was best for me as a single mother with a young daughter. Jessica Sullivan was very patient with me in my scattered search. Jessica must have met and shown with me at least 10-15 different homes within the Fort Mill area. Every home we looked at she was very in tune with the details of the house structure and any problems or issues the home seemed to reveal right off the first look. Jessica would also give me pieces of information of specific history as well as names of people who lived there or close to the area. Jessica would tell me the most interesting stories of factual history of the type of home it was as well as certain aspects of the house and what it was used for. I learned so much from Jessica Sullivan through my home buying experience I would not trade it for anything. So thankful for her services to help in my need. We did find the perfect home that is just perfect for us as well as the exact location that could not have worked out better.
