We first worked with Jessica 3 years ago when she helped us find a rental home upon our relocation to Phoenix from overseas. We did'nt know our way around very well and she was instrumental in selecting a neighborhood close to the office. We have remained in contact with Jessica ove the years and naturally wanted to work with her again. Since this home was going to be ours, we challenged Jessica's knowledge and patience over an extended search period. She was THERE everytime we needed her with a smile. We will most certainly contact Jessica when the time comes to sell this one and purchase again.

Jessica is very knowledgable in her areas of the city. She was very thorough when viewing homes, brought items we would not have thought of to our attention. We are not from Arizona and she was very helpful in providing us things to look for in Arizona homes, areas and things that were unique to the home we looked at. She was also so flexible! We were there over Thanksgiving and she worked around her family time/schedule in order to accomodate us as we were only there for a short time. We appreciated her professionalism and patience she had with us.

In our home buying experience, we have always found real estate agents to be mostly useless. They have rushed us through homes when looking at them. They don't answer their phones when we call. They argue with us when we want to negotiate with the buyer. All things we strongly believe are actually part of the job! In our latest home purchase, we have found that diamond in the rough. Jessica Kreuser is an agent we knew we wanted to use when we decided it was time to move. We have always known that Jessica had a knack for negotiating, selling, and working with people. What we didn't know was how far she would go to ensure that the home buying process was seamless and not stressful. Jessica is a great communicator and can do so without sounding condescending or rude. She can calm any situation, and explain potential problems or issues during any step of the home buying experience. Jessica has a background in building houses (she and her family have built 2 of them from the ground up!). When we were having some HGTV moments, she had the experience to walk us through the process of what to do to make it a reality. She was also able to see a house for what it could be and explain improvement projects and estimated costs. That additional expertise is invaluable to buyers like us who have zero home building skills! Once we found "the one," Jessica took charge for both us and the seller (again, their agent was useless). She stayed on top of the seller's agent to ensure all paperwork was filled out correctly. The house has solar panels and she worked with the solar panel company to be certain that we all understood what we were signing ourselves up for. She negotiated with the buyer on our behalf (without notifying us in case it didn't work out) to have them help pay down the loan on the solar panel lease. When we learned that the buyers were not moving out until the day of close, she took the initiative to schedule a cleaning service so we could have a clean house when we move in. She has gone beyond what any other agent would do. I would recommend Jessica Kreuser to absolutely any person (family, friend, or stranger) who asked for a recommendation.
