Buyer reviewJessica Lutz went above & beyond for us, she was always available to answer any questions we had & made sure we understood, she knows what she is doing. She was quick to line up appointments to look at homes. We looked at several homes & eventually got to a point where we thought maybe we were being to picky, but she assured us we weren't, she told us she wanted to help us find our forever home & be happy with our choice no matter how many houses or how long it took, she was there for us. Through the process she referred us to other people we would need to contact & we were happy with their services as well. Her upbeat attitude makes things easier, she is professional but also able to make you feel comfortable & never made things awkward or stressful. She was the perfect realtor for us & we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. We would recommend her to anyone with 100% confidence that they would be just as happy.

We had been working with her for a solid 8 months in relocating to Tennessee and purchasing the right home for our needs. Jessica was always available for when we needed to look at homes and when it came to any questions we had she was always available through phone and email.
