Jessica met with us prior to listing our house to go through the process from start to finish and the plan on how she would list our home to ensure we were comfortable before listing. Once we listed, our house sold within a week of being on the market. Her knowledge of the market/area was great, we felt she appropriately estimated the value of our home given the location and current market, which I believe grow an even greater interest on our property. She was great in getting ahead of each step and was able to address any questions we had even before we had them. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend her to friends/family.
