I chose Jessica, because out of the 4 other Realtors (from different agencies) that co tact ed me, she was the only one to clearly and patient explain how the whole home buying process worked. She didn't make me feel stupid or like I was annoying. I did not feel comfortable with anyone else. I have already told family and friends about her.

Jessica responded to my first email within 30 minutes of my having sent it. From that first "might you be interested" conversation through a long process (my issues, not Jessica's) of getting the house listed, Jess stayed in touch, provided useful information, and demonstrated her commitment to getting the property listed and sold. She worked hard and accommodated my particular needs (for example, checking on the property when I was unable to do so). She kept me informed, offered advice, and throughout a lengthy process maintained an appealing and cheerful demeanor. I was not the ideal client, I don't think, but Jessica's professionalism and commitment did not waver. I would recommend her without hesitation.
