Buyer reviewWorking with Jessica was great throughout the entire processs of buying and selling. We had a unique situation being out of state when buying a new house and selling our previous home. She made the process seamless as she was flexible with our schedule to tour houses and well knowledgeable when the first offer pulled their offer on the sale of our house. She also was excellent with negotiating an offer on our new home. I would highly recommend using Jessica as your realtor. Not only is she a great person but she knows the market very well. Seller reviewA very trusted business associate recommended Jessica. We called immediately and the rest is history. We found our new home the first day it was listed and and we sold our old home the same day it was listed. Can't do much better than that! Jessica happened to be out of town for 3 days on a planned trip when I saw the listing for a paired home in one of our desired areas. (Jessica had given us advance notice that she would be gone.) I contacted her and she made arrangements for another agent to show me the property which turned out to be "the one." We made an offer the next day and even though Jessica was 1000 miles away, she worked with us over the phone and through emails to ensure we were able to purchase that property. We very much liked Jessica both personally and professionally. It was a pleasure working with her.
