Seller reviewFrom my viewpoint, Jessmine went out of her way to quickly process the sales agreement, and even though it was a slow season to sell beach property, she kept me personally informed and updated as to what was happening with regard to the sale, which did sell relatively quickly, and to process the paperwork regarding the sale as expeditiously as possible. She made me feel that I was her only client during this process even though I know she was dealing with numerous other sales projects at the same time. I consider Jessmine as being the superlative of what I wanted of someone to represent me in the sale of my cottage. She even made a several special trips to the cottage to take care of matters that required someone to be there when I couldn't make it as well as to check on it during times of severe wintry weather. AND I can attest to the fact that Jessmine's family business, the McCoy Honey Co., has the best tasting honey I have ever tasted.
