My family has lived in this area since 1970 ,my husband Bob and I were raised in Jacksonville and married in 1972. He worked for Seaboard Coast line and then CSX. They moved is to Waycross, GA in 1985 & then in 1987 moved us to Greenup, KY. We moved back in 2004 to be with family. My prior experience includes the Duval Co. School Board, church secretary, legal secretary in GA & budget analyst at Southern Ohio Medical Center just across the Ohio River in Portsmouth, OH. Real Estate was a new venture for me in 2005. I would love to help you and your family find your "Little Piece of Heaven" in this beautiful area of Old Florida.

As the listing agent, Jill was very respectful to represent the sellers... but also represented me as I didn't know much of the area or property value/flooding/comps. She also helped me get an offer completed the same day. Only reason not Top Rating... she was with other clients the day I could see the property (which was the day after seeing the listing and chat with Jill so I totally understand)... but I would rate Above Excellent in Helpful, Trustworthy, and Professional.
