When Jill introduced herself to me, and asked what I was looking for, I told her, and within a couple hours she sent me numerous options, and over a holiday weekend. When I narrowed down my choices, Jill arranged showings within a day and I was able to make a choice and get the process going within a week. Jill was professional, honest, and transparent with every question I had and with the buying process. I couldn't ask for a better experience and I would argue if you told me you had a better agent. If you are in the market, ask for Jill Rubino.

After what seemed to be a smooth process I was forced to change my mortgage lender a week before closing due to poor communication on the lender's part. Jill was instrumental in getting an extension for the closing date, recommending a broker that could get approval from a new lender in a short timeframe, and making sure the first lender sent over all of the necessary documents in a timely fashion.
