Settelement and everything in between went very smoothly and quickly. I would recommend Jillian Chandler without hesitation.

Buyer reviewIf there were rankings higher, Jillian would have earned those. For starters, Jillian was the ONLY realtor who, when I visited their listing page, did NOT call imediately and create a sense of pressure. She did contact me and after that conversation, I was convinced she was the realtor we needed. Over the couse of several months, including a few visits to the area, Jillian worked with us and responded to our needs. Her vast knowledge of the area was such an asset as well. Would I recommend her to others? Obviously I would as she is working with my brother and sister in law as they navigate relocating to the Grand Strand area.
