Buyer reviewJillian and her assistant Zack once again came through for us and completed our dream we started when we originally moved from PA to SC. I reached out to Zack not knowing anything but the fact that we just wanted to relocate to SC. We were nervous and scared at the same time but little did we know we got who I and many other people consider the BEST realator SC has to offer. With Jillians and Zachs help and assistance we moved into the condo we seen online with NO issues and they made it SO easy and stress-free. After a couple years in our beautiful Condo we decided but weren't exactly sure if we could actually afford or purchase a home that wasn't too far from our Condo because of the Excellent location. Right away I contacted with no hesitation Jillian who had Zach contact me immediately. I told her our situation and she wasted NO time in finding us a brand new home in our price range in a location we desired. Jillian and Zack once again made a original dream a better one. THANK YOU

My family and I had just a couple days to view homes and to lock in a place to call home by the time we returned back to NY - within those few days we looked at over 15 houses and each house was competitive with one another because she listened to what we wanted and gave us many options of that exactly. She was always there for us no matter the time, place, or need. She gave us critical information on all things in regards to moving here from the north and understanding the differences. She truly set us up for success. She truly is amazing and we were lucky to have her help us with our purchase here in Myrtle Beach South Carolina.

Jillian or Zach her assistant were always available for any questions or concerns that arose. She does a great job of putting your mind at ease if you are a first time home buyer. Not only did she work with us in the buying of a home, she is our realtor for the selling of our previous home.
