Seller reviewThe house was listed on a Monday and we had 3 offers by that Friday. During the time period there were over 13 showings. We had a signed contract on Saturday. Jillian communicated frequently by email and phone during the entire process up to closing, keeping us informed. We had a excellent experience with Jillian from the listing, sale and closing of the house, it was very smooth and well within our time frame. Jillian was very professional during the complete process, from our first meeting at the house to closing. She has a excellent career as a realtor.

Buyer reviewJillian goes above and beyond what a normal realtor would do. She was working an open house we went to, and she followed up with us immediately with many other houses that we might like, and no one else did that for us, and did it without us even having to ask. She set up many open houses for us and always accommodating to my crazy schedule. I know I am not the easiest to work with and we went through more houses than anyone else and Jillian just kept setting up appointments with the hope we would find the perfect house. She made the looking process fun and easy and was with us every step of the way through the closing. A truly genuine person that wants you to find the perfect home. I would highly recommend Jillian Fick to anyone looking for their dream home!
