We never had to wonder what was happening. Jim makes you feel like your transaction is the most important event going on in his life. He always made sure we understood all the "whys and wherefores" Very friendly Jim would always give you his recommendations which I really appreciated. However, he accepted your decisions whether he agreed or not. His experience with this COA neighborhood definitely was a big plus for me.
