Seller reviewThe house was in contract twice, the third was the charm. The other brokers did not do their due diligence in a lot of ways. We're late, weren't sure what they're buyers wanted, I felt the lack of respect for not being on time to the other broker, being Jim, speaks volumes and serves to show how excellent Jim is ! Jim is by far the ultimate caring professional! I would strongly recommend Jim to everyone, I used him for my new purchase and the sale of my home.
