Jim Derry gave thoughtful advice on dealing with the sellers of homes I looked at. This includes the one where we had to cancel escrow because of extensive repairs needed with seller unwilling to reduce price and the one I actually closed on. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Jim is an excellent realtor and I know that he is the sole reason why this transaction went as smoothly as it did. He made himself available to us and was excellent at communicating with all the parties involved in the transaction continually following up to make sure items were completed and the processed moved along. Jim Derry is very detailed and was always available....as I am in another state... Jim is very trustworthy and reliable.... Again, as I live in another state; don't know if I be using Century 21 in CA....would recommend to others there.... Elsie Reiley
