Seller reviewJim Field is a consumate Realtor. He knows his business, very knowledgeable of the market, and is a pleasure to work with. Prior to my dealing with him, I worked with another licensed realtor who recommended a lower value to my property. Using my own research on valuation of properties in the community, I told Jim what I thought my property would sell. He suggested a higher price. Consequently, my property was sold in two-week time. Very impressive!
