He knew what kind of house our son needed. Jim was very efficient & worked with us on a one to one basis and spent considerable time trying to find the right house for our son. Jim also helped to coordinate with our Fresno broker on our sale of our house in Fresno When we first met Jim Green he was a total stranger. We had just arrived in town and were looking for a house for us and he was on call at the Brookings office. We now consider him a good friend.
