Seller reviewJim Haynes is an agent I would recommend to friends and family. Although he's new to the industry, you would never know it. His years of being a professional marketing exec make him hungry for success. When listing our house, Jim provided his guidance and suggestions and we had open and honest deliberation on all parts of our listing. Not only did we accept an offer within 8 hours of listing, but we got several thousands of dollars over list price.

I got Jim Haynes' name through a mom's group on Facebook and the first time we spoke I knew I would use him. He was polite, engaging, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped walk me through the entire process and answered any question I had. He took my somewhat chaotic phone calls and helped me hone in on what I wanted which helped us locate the area of town I wanted to be in. I enjoyed working with Jim and will use him again in the future when I buy/sell property. I would highly recommend him to anyone because he really listens to you and takes the time to understand what you want and then helps you achieve that goal.
