We met Jim in 2008 when he helped us buy a property. When we were ready to sell, even though we have friends who work in real estate, it was no question we were working with Jim again. Jim has handled 2 purchases and 3 sales for us over the years and as crazy as it is to say, and knowing how stressful (and exciting) the process is, but we really enjoyed the whole transaction. At this point, being empty nesters, we don't plan to buy or sell again, but if we do? We're calling Jim.
