It doesn't get any better than that. Jim was very knowledgeable and was always able to answer every question I had. Jim was very easy to get ahold of and returned my calls in a timely manner. I honestly cannot think of one negative thing to say about my experience in selling my home with Jim Parker as my realtor. Fantastic!

Seller reviewI contact Jim twice with two years in between the two interactions. The fact that he still remembered me gave me a sense of trust. Jim is Johnny on the spot and I valued his job knowledge from the get go. Again, Jim made a very stressful and seemingly endless process seem easy! It was all routine for him and he kept me informed of everything that was going on and/or what was about to go on and what to expect. Could not have been any prouder! I think it would take at least 100 other real estate professionals to find another Jim! Hands down, I would not have preferred anyone else. In the end I almost felt like Jim and I were family. I depended on him heavily and he ALWAYS delivered! Jim kept potential buyers motivated and eager to see my condo. Even when contracts were pending and it went off of the market for short periods, right after it was back on the market the buyers didn't take long to began viewing it again.
