He used his professional experience in letting me know what I need to do in order to make the home attractive and presentable to a potential buyer. In addition Jim gave me feedback and advice on what I need to do to make this sale happen. Thank you Jim for keeping me on track with how to keep moving forward to ensure a timely closing.

I never had to wonder when or what was going to take place. He, always, kept me informed on what was next pertaining to the sales contract/ closing. As a first time home buyer Jim helped me every step of the way. He was informative, knowledgeable, professional was able to address all of my concerns and questions. Jim provided a list of homes for sale in my price range in the areas I wanted to live in daily. He was very responsive to return phone calls, texts, emails and was on-time for showings. I would definitely refer Jim to anyone that needs a Broker. Now that the home buying process is over I actually miss working with him... He is a class A guy.. My overall experience was simply awesome. I felt comfortable from beginning to end working with Jim and Michele. Michele Creech was awesome as well. She and Jim made a great team I thought. She was also very informative, knowledgeable, helpful and she addressed all of my concerns and questions. I was very impressed with how she was able to get things done quickly and she was pleasant to work with.

Very easy to work with and always kept us up to date on the progress of our property. He was always there when we needed him. He always got back with us each and every time we reached out to him. I would used him again and recommend him to others. Again Jim did an outstanding job in listing and selling our house. From the time we signed the contract to the day of closing. He is one we can count on and would use him again. Jim is all that is listed above and more. He goes above and beyond his duty and was a pleasure to work with.
