I have known Jimmy Sneed for years and know he runs a reputable business. We had always said if we ever listed a property, we would call him. We listed and 4 days later had two offers...couldn't get any better than that!

My wife and I just bought a second home in Sequatchie Tennessee from Jimmy Sneed and Century 21 Cumberland Realty, based in Jasper TN. But he did much more than that. I live 100 miles from Sequatchie, and Jimmy took care of many arrangements I would normally have to take care of. This saved me tons of time and worry. All of his referrals have been excellent. Jimmy and all the folks he has recommended have made us feel welcome in Marion County. But I guess that most of all, Jimmy has been one of the most friendly and trustworthy people I have ever dealt with in any walk of life. He's a truly exceptional human being. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for real estate, or anyone that just needs a friend in Jasper TN.
