With interest rates rising we decided to not pursue buying a house until this year when work demanded we get a place of our own which called for an emergency! Jin Vang was very quick to respond and helped show us properties that we were interested with a quick turnaround. We are pleased for his continued support throughout the years and his resilence with being patient with us. Jin Vang is a good guy that understands and makes sure we were comfortable never had we felt pressured in making a hastily decision.

Buyer reviewSince the housing market is so crazy right now, me and my wife were being outbid even though we offered 15k over asking price. The home we eventually purchased, I wanted to do the same thing, I was going to offer 15k over the asking price. Jin tells me not to since it's not a completed home yet. So we offer only 5k over the asking price. They accepted our offer in 1-2 days. He saved me 10k. I'll always be grateful. Jin is very knowledgeable and is always taking care of his clients. What more can you ask for?
