As first time home buyers, the process is incredibly overwhelming - and we experienced some highly stressful drama less than 24 hours before closing that would have left us homeless for a week. Jitka went above and beyond in all aspects and helped us contact who we needed to so that we were able to close on time. Jitka was efficient, communicative, and helped explain things so that we understood them. She was also welcoming and inclusive to younger, first-time home buyers who were buying from out-of-state and were new to the area!
