Buyer reviewJo Anne is just the very best realtor in the Omaha area! She is super knowledgeable about the in's and out's of real estate, always going the extra mile for her clients no matter what it takes. For example, after contacting her on a property I was interested in seeing on a late Saturday afternoon, she was able to set up a video walk through for the following day, Sunday. This might not seem like a big deal to some, but when you live out of state, it makes up close and personal real estate viewing complicated. JoAnne got in to the property, did a whole video walk through with me, and we put in an offer that Sunday evening. I woke up Monday morning to a text message from her that, " Congratulations, you just bought a house…." Jo Anne Amoura makes things happen! In addition to being a realtor extraordinaire, she is very personable. There is absolutely no other realtor except Jo Anne that I would have represent me in the Omaha area!

We sold the house in a couple of days and closed in one month. Worked out very well for me. Jo Anne is everything I wanted in an agent and I would highly recommend her to all my family and friends for their real estate needs.
