Seller reviewI am a repeat customer with Joan. She helped me when I bought my home 5 years ago and she was the only person I considered when I was ready to sell that same home. I hadn't spoke with Joan in several years but when I called to ask her to sell my home, we picked up like old friends. I love working with Joan, she is very knowledgeable and remained in constant communication with me throughout the process. She went above and beyond for me as my home was vacant. She was always and I mean always professional, accessible, knowledgeable, quick to respond, on time and punctual, understanding, easy going, greatest attitude, always positive even when financing looked a little bleak. Joan basically carried me the whole process. What an amazing person. Even on vacation, she laid out steps to get in contact with Amy, her fellow agent. And Amy was great as well. Joan also lit a small fire under my broker's tail for not communicating as he should have and she got it done. After closing, Joan is still accessible for me with things I still needed from the sellers. I can not say enough about Joan. I quadruple recommend Joan if you need to buy or sell a home. She will be my one and only real estate agent I ever work with in Florida. Thank you Joan.

Seller reviewMs Byrd completely impressed my wife and I upon meeting with us. She came to our meeting as if it was a cooperate meeting. She was fully prepared. She provided us with several comps, folders, market strategies, realistic market prices you name it. I never had such an experience with a realtor. She is certainly a professional who takes her job seriously and strives to provide the best service, while keeping customers within a realistic market price. It was certainly a pleasure to work with her. She was honest, upfront about everything and kept constant communication with us.

If we could have convinced Joan to come to St. Louis to find our next house we would have chosen her for that too. As it is, Joan put us in touch with the realtor that we used up here and he was great also. We honestly can't recommend her enough. Truly a pleasure to work with.
