Buyer reviewPrior to starting our search, Joan asked all the relevant questions to find out exactly the features and benefits we were looking for in a home. Just as importantly, she listened to what we said and focused on homes that provided the features we valued. Once we started the search, Joan's meticulous planning provided for a very efficient process. Joan was responsive throughout the process, but especially after the sale agreement was signed and prior to closing when some realtors seem to disappear. We would highly recommend Joan if you are looking to purchase a home on Hilton Head Island.

Ever eager to show us new properties, picking us up and driving us all over the island, sometimes back to properties we had just seen.
