She also knew how to connect with local builders for the best rehab offers. Couldn't be happier the way everything turned out. It was a great experience especially since I had no idea how to start. I was adamant about having someone familiar with the Federal Hill area since it was going to be sold for rehabing. Did not know what was a fair price but Joan helped me tremendously. She had both the knowledge and connections to help me get a fair and reasonable price. This house was left to me by my mother in her will. It has a lot of history. It belonged to my grandparents first then my parents. Joan understood the importance the history was to me and worked in getting the right builder who was actually from the neighborhood and was also excited by the history. We are still working together. Joan is very good and knowledgeable at her job. Her years of experience helped make the right connections. This led to a quick and satisfying sale.
