We contacted the broker who sold us the house and she recommended 3 brokers she worked with over the years and respected their work. Of the 3, we choose Joan Irish. She turned out to be a gem....professional, knowledgeable of the area, chose best time to put the house on the market, suggested appropriate pricing and handled negotiations with our buyer. She also help us with listing, etc details since we were out of town sellers and helped us donate our furnishings since the buyer planned to use their own.
