Also, she was great at negotiating the final price of the house after the inspection was completed once we found many things that needed addressing to get the house in living shape

Buyer reviewI heartily recommend Joann Featherstone to be your SLC realtor. I used Joann as an agent to buy a townhouse to rent to my graduate student son. She worked happily with my son to view places and then worked with me via phone and email to finalize the sale. Joann is very approachable and I could ask her anything. She followed up on every detail, which was important to me since I live in the Denver area, didn't know SLC well and really didn't want to travel more than necessary. I appreciate her patience and guidance through a difficult loan process as I picked the wrong lender for my situation (I recently retired) and we had to redo the loan late in the game. Her attitude and hard work is laudable!

Seller reviewJoAnn is a professional through and through! She puts in time to organize the sale and have a game plan. She spends hours on foot talking to people in the area who could be potential buyers. She spends hours contacting other agents who are selling/have sold in the area so she has a clear picture of what's going on and what's working. And, she spends time talking with her clients to understand their situation and hopes and then does her absolute best to pull everything together. She is truly competent and a great agent!
