I moved to Myrtle Beach in 2010 by way of Washington, DC and North Carolina (Go Wolfpack!). I was quickly sold on setting roots here for good. Before jumping in to real estate, I was a Cardiology nurse for 12 years. I absolutely love my community and live here with my husband, Mike, our three young children and our French Mastiff. When we're not on the soccer fields, you'll find us on the beach and enjoying all of the fun activities our areas has to offer!

Buyer reviewWe have purchased 10 houses in Ocean Lakes over the last 10 years and have dealt with a lot of realtors. Joanna Morgan is absolutely the best!! She was so good to work with, always answered our calls and text. She stayed on top of everything until closing which was not a smooth and easy process. She is a great problem solver and we had lots of issues she had to deal with. She later came by to check on us to make sure everything was good. I can't say enough good things about this sweet lady. We were very fortunate that she was the listing agent on the house and I happened to get her when I called about the listing. I now consider her a good friend!! She has restored my faith in Realtors!!
