Buyer reviewJoanne had our best interests at heart. She was instrumental in selling our house in 12 days by having our open house the first week we put the house on the market. We also used Joanne to buy our new house. Again she was instrumental. There were many communications and negotiating back and forth with the seller. We feel our deal resolved fairly because of Joanne's rapport with others.

Seller reviewJoanne was wonderful and took the time to explain everything about the selling process, and she took the time to answer my questions and did not get frazzled even when I did. Joanne was very quick to respond to e-mail, text or phone calls and kept me updated constantly. She was always kind and considerate, even when the going was slow over the winter and I got frustrated. She was reassuring and gave great advice. When my condo sold, she helped me find a lawyer and pulled everything together so I did not have to be there since I had re-located to Maine. She even took the time and stopped by my condo to let carpet cleaners in and the movers in!! I would recommend Joanne Francis for anyone who wants to feel supported throughout the selling process.
