Buyer reviewJoanne always was patient and never tried to steer me into purchasing a home. She knew what I was looking for and showed me several homes. I had not yet put my home on the market and she helped me realize that a contingency in a contract was not that strong in today's market. Once my home went on the market, she was able to quickly put together a contract for 409 Pembrooke Lane in Windsor. Now that I have settled in, I know this was the right choice for me and I really appreciate the guidance from Joanne. Even though I had my real estate license several years ago, I learned so much from her.

She knew my husband had passed away and that it was difficult for me to sell the house that we lived in for 48 years. She always got back to us with answers to our questions in a reasonable amount of time. With her help, we were able to close on the day we wanted at a price we were content with.
